My wife an I did a web search for a Chrysler Town & Country Limited and we found the one we were looking for at Ron Sayer's Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The had the right Color and interior color for us. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire shopping and buying experience. He helped us set up our phones to the Uconnect feature and showed us how to us the DVD players. I would highly recommend Ron Sayer's to anybody thinking about buying a new car! We love it!

"Camping trip savers!"

Big Thank you to the shuttle driver who drive me to Shelley and picked me up as well. My car had broke down on our camping trip to Idaho. I can't repay Ron Sayer's for their help. They took my car right in and got it fixed at a great price so my family could get back to our camping trip. "They do what they say they do"

So many dealers today tell you a different price just to get you to make the long trip to buy their car. And once you get there, it isn't the car you thought it was. Ron Sayer's was the opposite! I saw a Dodge Durango on the site and called. They told me what it had and what the price was and that they would set that car aside just for me! It was the car we wanted! We made the long trip to Idaho Falls and found that same Durango waiting for us washed and cleaned up. The salesperson was very friendly and knew everything about the vehicle. He helped us link our phones and get to know how to use all the features. Ron Sayer's does what they say they do. I wish all dealers we like Ron Sayer.

I would like to say Thank you to the parts department. Sometimes you get to busy to make a trip to the dealership to get a part. I got online and filled out an order form for a part. Within 15 minutes someone called me to comfirm my order. Two days later I got a phone call saying my part was in and ready to be picked up. This is what I call service. I will not go anywhere else but Ron Sayer, they know what service should be like. Thank you!

"#1 Service Department"

I recently had my van in to get serviced. They told me it was going to be about an 6 hour job. Knowing this I brought papers to grade so I wouldn't be behind come school on tuesday. Ben asked me if I wanted a ride home because it was going to be such a long wait. I had no idea that they offered a courtesy shuttle. The driver was quick to pick me up inside the shop and was very kind and had on great music the whole ride home. The van was clean and tidy which shows that they really care about their customers. Once my van was done the driver came and picked me up from my home to drive me back to the dealership. The service tech talked to me without big proper terms that i couldn't understand told me what was wrong, what he did to fix it, and how to avoid this problem from occuring again. I couldn't believe everyone in the shop was very kind and caring about me! I will never go anywhere else to get my van fixed. Ron Sayer's Chrysler Jeep Dodge really is the best place in town to get your car serviced.

"Best used Truck selection!"

We had been looking for used cars for over two months. We did a lot of web research and we found many trucks that would work for us at Ron Sayer's. I was impressed with the way the lot us taken care of and the very friendly salesperson that helped us in everyway he could. I have never had a salesman offer to buy us lunch while we waited to go into the F&I office. We are very happy with the choices they had on the lot. We found the found we wanted. I am happy with the truck and take it back to Ron Sayer's to get serviced because of how friendly everyone is there. Tyson offered us the best deal right off the bat, that is what all deals should do.  I'm very happy with the experience I have had at Ron Sayer's and I would recommend them to anyone who wants good service and personal attention.

Ron Sayer's has thought of it all! I have been waiting for a new Chrysler 200 for months. I jumped online and visited the local dealers and looked at their best price. I wasn't finding what I wanted then I came here and found that Ron Sayer's has a ePrice button. I clicked on it and filled in my information and it wasn't but ten minutes later I received an email from Ron Sayer's stating their best price. I was stunned that a new 2011 Chrysler 200 would cost so little. This is tool is so helpful especially in these tough times! "Hubby and I love Ron Sayer's!"

Ron Sayer Dodge is one of the finest car companies you can deal with in Idaho Falls.  
My hubby and I were looking to buy a pickup truck and he had been doing all the research he could for months before we actually went out to test drive a few.  We wanted something that had a great warranty, would drive smoothly, could tow a small trailer or boat, and looked good.
I love Fords, have been a Ford fan all my 43 years.  But beyond my thinking they look great, I don't know much about them. Once we arrived in town we asked a couple of friends for their recommendation and they highly recommended Ron Sayer for their service as well as their product. So we went. We dealt with Mike Morgan, a very polite, very very knowledgeable about the Dodge product, gentleman and we were impressed.  Especially impressed because we went back 3 different times and test drove 3 different trucks.  Third time is the charm, that's when we decided on the Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Inferno Red two-tone quad cab truck.  It had the smoothest ride of the Dodge, Chevy and Ford. It also had the most "giddy-up-go" when you stepped on the gas pedal of the three.

Mike and Rick and everyone at the Dodge Dealership were very patient with us as we talked numbers, helped us feel comfortable with the pricing and rebates, as well as adding on running boards and a bed liner.  It took us the better part of 2 hours to do all the paperwork and insurance paperwork but we were treated like all customers should be treated that are spending over $40,000 for a vehicle.
We love our truck! And we will recommend Ron Sayer Dodge to anyone looking to buy a truck.

"Quality Used Cars"

I found my dream truck at Ron Sayer's. Now must used car dealers would say this is an old truck with a lot of value let's see how much we can get out of it but, Ron Sayer's was the opposite. Instead they asked me how much I was willing to pay and we came to an agreement. Never once did I feel pressured into buying the truck. Not only was it a great deal, it has been a great truck. New paint, new tires and a very serious check over by the awesome service department who I use because they don't hide anything from you, which is how all car dealers should be. There are not enough words to describe my car buying experience. When they say they have quality used cars, they really mean it! I will never go anywhere else to buy a car, never.

"2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee"

I always pictured Jeeps as rough and tough off road vehicles that really didn't drive well, I stand corrected. Once I saw the pictures of the Jeep Grand Cherokee I knew that was my next car. I did a lot of searching for one here at the dealer in Rexburg but they didn't have one that I liked. I took the drive up to Idaho Falls and saw the large selection of GREAT LOOKING JEEPS! Todd helped me through every step of the car buying process and did it very nicely. I noticed that all the sales consultants knew their stuff about the Jeeps I was surprised. I will never go anywhere else to buy a new car. Ronnies Jeep World is perfect!
